What We Offer: Live Currency Strength Charts for Traders
Once you have JavaScript enabled, you will be able to profit from our live currency strength charts and trade-weighted indices for over 150 world currencies. Our charts support a wide range of resolutions, from one minute to one week, making them a perfect tool for traders on all time frames. Available resolutions are 1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 2h, 4h, D and W.
In order to provide you with the most realistic currency strengths possible, we use very large baskets of currencies weighted according to the amount of trade done between the countries where those currencies are used. This approach is also known as a trade-weighted exchange rate index. Read more about it in our FAQs. We update the trade weights used for calculation on a weekly basis. This guarantees that our charts always reflect the most up-to-date trade flows possible, and therefore the most realistic currency strengths possible. As data source we use the latest official trade balances available from UN Comtrade.
